The incident took place at the set of Case Toh Banta Hai. Abhishek Bachchan was there in order to shoot an episode for the show. The show’s plot revolves around Riteish Deshmukh playing the role of a defense lawyer, Varun Sharma playing the role of a public prosecutor, and Kusha Kapila, the judge.
Things took a crazy turn when comedian Paritosh Tripathi cracked a joke on Amitabh Bachchan during the shooting, which did not go well with Abhishek. So much so that he asked Riteish Deshmukh to stop the shooting.

The actor was super unhappy with the joke made about his father. He opened up about his sensitivity. He said to the show-makers, and we quote,
“It’s getting a bit too much. I’m all game for myself. I get it, but let’s not get to parents and all that. Mujh tak jokes rakh lena, pitaji ko lekar me thoda sensitive ho jaata hoon. Wo mere pita hain, mujhe acha nahi lagta.
“(I’m fine with jokes concerning me but I get sensitive when it comes to my father. He is my father, and I don’t like it).”

Comedian Paritosh who made the joke tried to calm the actor, but it was of no use. The actor was visibly annoyed as he further stated,
“Thodi izzat deni chahiye. Comedy ke daayare me itna bhi nahi karna chahiye, hum log aaj kal beh jaate hai (One should be respectful. You cannot say anything just because you’re trying tobe funny)”.
He said I am not a fool and stormed out of the set, leaving Riteish and everyone else shocked. On the other hand, if we talk about Big B’s show Kaun Banega Crorepati an interesting video clip is in circulation. In the video clip, one can see Junior Bachchan giving a heartwarming surprise to his father on the set of KBC. This episode will be telecasted on the 11th of October, the day Big B will turn 80.
