It is a special day for Varun Dhawan as he marks completing his 10 years in the industry. Apart from that, another thing that is special is the release of his upcoming film’s trailer. The Bhediya trailer is out, and it is safe to say that it is probably going to be a worth-watching film. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon starrer Bhediya is a comedy-thriller that will hit the big screen on November 25. This cinematic comedy-thriller is also starring actors Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal.
Bhediya Trailer
The trailer of this upcoming comedy-thriller gives an exciting sneak peek of Varun Dhawan turning into a Bhediya, meaning man-wolf. This 2 minutes 55 seconds trailer starts with Varun Dhawan portraying Bhaskar sleeping peacefully on his bed. A fly buzzes around him which he catches with a snap. Next, we see him running in the woods for his life as a wolf tries and catch him. The sparkling comic chemistry comes in when his friends, including Kriti Sanon and Abhishek Banerjee, stare down at Bhaskar on a hospital bed. There, it is revealed that a wolf has bitten Bhaskar.
Furthermore, we see Bhaskar shape-shifting himself into a deadly creature, a man-wolf. He builds muscles overnight and gets immense power. As the trailer proceeds further, we see Bhaskar having difficulty digesting the truth. His eyes turn glowy, his nails grow, his canines peak out of his jaw, and his spine cracks. All of this leads to him turning into a werewolf overnight. The trailer ends with a remix of the famous “Jungle Jungle Baat Chali Hai” song from the animated Jungle Book series.
Bhediya Trailer Review
Bhediya is one spooky trailer that is full of humorous punches. The VFX also is as good as the trailer. After the trailer, the audience is trolling the makers of Adipurush for their poor VFX. Furthermore, the trailer gives an excellent small taste of adventure that the audience is looking forward to. Bollywood has tried transforming creature stories since the 90s; however, Bhediya looks different. The flavor of comedy with a mix of jump scares would most certainly be an enthralling and joyous experience for the audience.
In addition, this film is going to be the third collaboration between producer Dinesh Vijan and director Amar Kaushik. After the massive success of Stree and Bala, we cannot wait to watch their upcoming collaboration.
