The August 18, 2023, episode of Bhagya Lakshmi opens with Malishka asking Rishi, who she has just heard saying he won’t marry her, what he means. Malishka becomes enraged when Rishi claims that his statement’s meaning is identical to how it sounds. She demands to know why he won’t wed her. Malishka offers to assist Rishi in any way if his health hurts her, but first, she urges him to reconsider. Then she claims that Lakshmi is to blame for all that has happened. Due to Rishi’s choices, Malishka claims that she views Lakshmi as her adversary. Furthermore, she states that Rishi cannot just call off the wedding because Lakshmi is not married. Malishka is horrified when Rishi asks whether she wants the marriage delayed.

Lakshmi Overhears Conversation
Neelam explains to Karishma that Lakshmi simply decided the house in order fe to stop her, just like Dadi did. Neelam and Karishma are perplexed when Malishka, who is crying, quickly hugs Neelam upon entering the basement. Malishka is questioned by Neelam and Karishma when they learn that she does not want to wed Rishi. Malishka responds that Rishi just wants Lakshmi and has threatened to postpone the wedding if she wants it to happen. While Neelam tells Malishka that she won’t allow Rishi to do whatever he wishes and that Malishka will win her affection, Lakshmi overhears the entire discussion from upstairs. Neelam and Karishma are shocked when Malishka threatens to commit suicide if she is denied the chance to marry Rishi.
Lakshmi’s Clear Statements To Rishi
As Rishi and Lakshmi’s relationship begins to improve, Shalu returns home and has a conversation with Bani about how to postpone Rishi’s marriage to Malishka while doing so. Lakshmi goes to see Rishi so that she may speak with him after reflecting on the current circumstances in the home. When Rishi first sees Lakshmi, he smiles. But as soon as she asks him to marry Malishka immediately away, his grin fades. Lakshmi exits the room after adamantly declaring that she is no one to Rishi and that he shouldn’t care either.
Malishka Lacks Faith In Neelam’s Statement
Malishka urges Kiran to be kind to her when Kiran says that Malishka should have grabbed Rishi in her palm like Lakshmi, but she failed. She responds that she lacks trust in Neelam’s statements because Rishi does not pay attention to her, although Kiran assures her that Neelam will undoubtedly take action.
Loss In The Work
Ayush returns from the meeting later and informs everyone that the deal he was trying to get has been lost. As Ayush and Rishi are always preoccupied with Lakshmi, Karishma and Neelam, scold Ayush about his distracted nature at work nowadays. While an employee breaks further terrible news about the company’s stock falling, Neelam urges Ayush to be more responsible. This puts Ayush under pressure. When Ayush tells Rishi the information, Rishi says he needs to get back to work, but Ayush reminds him of their marriage.
Rishi And Malishka’s Marriage To Bring Happiness?
While this is happening, Kiran visits Neelam and her family priest, asking the priest to share with Neelam what he saw after viewing the birth charts of Rishi and Malishka. Because the fates of the husband and wife are intertwined, the priest predicts that Rishi and Malishka’s marriage will bring happiness. It will enhance the business situation.
Lakshmi To Leave The House
When Lakshmi arrives to serve the drinks, she overhears this exchange. She chooses to leave the house since it is the appropriate thing to do. Lakshmi saves a note for Dadi at night and is about to depart when Malishka spots her and is startled. When Lakshmi turns around as she exits, Malishka is waiting there.
