Lakshmi Is Startled To See Rishi
She gets agitated as she recalls her time with Rishi and claims that if she moves on and overlooks him, he could do the same and wed Malishka. However, Rishi catches her and stops the automobile as Lakshmi stops the rickshaw to grab an ice cream. Lakshmi sees him and is startled as he urges the rickshaw driver to leave. He replies that he will bring her back to her house while she inquires about his purpose for being there.

The beginning of the next episode features Lakshmi telling him she isn’t interested in going back, to which he responds by ordering her to get in the car with him so they can discuss it later. They get in the car, get somewhere quiet, and start conversing. Lakshmi informs Rishi that she is unwilling to return to the Oberoi residence. She wants to resume her previous lifestyle and has also obtained employment. They sit in silence as Rishi nods off, resting his head on Lakshmi’s shoulder after she provides him with ice cream to mark the occasion. While Rishi once more tells Lakshmi in his dream that he loves her, Lakshmi tries to rouse him up but is unable since she sees him in such comfort. Lakshmi wakes him up and departs.
Later, at home, Lakshmi spends the night with her sisters. She tells them she doesn’t want to get back together with Rishi because she wants to continue her life.
