Guthlee Ladoo revolves around Guthlee, played by Dhanay Seth, who is a poor sweeper’s son. He desired to attend school, but because of his underprivileged background, he hesitated. Conversely, Ladoo is satisfied with his life and thinks his fate cannot be changed. Guthlee wants to study as he wants to come out of his difficult life. He believes education is the key to a better future. Guthlee’s father, Mangru, also wants to educate Guthlee. Guthlee Ladoo Review
The characters Subrat Dutta and Kalyanee Mulay, as Guthlee’s parents, were top-notch. The child actors Dhanay Seth and Heet Sharma are brilliant with their performance. As School Principal, Sanjay Mishra once again shows why he is such an outstanding actor. Director Ishrat R Khan delivers the message that the Right to Education is for all citizens with utmost simplicity. Srinivas Abrol writes a story that is heartwarming and makes you emotional. It highlights the idea of promoting the right to education for everyone.
The scenes of unsanitary conditions and surroundings shot by Anil Akki look real, showing how one angle of the society has been treated. However, there are some scenes that may find you repetitive, especially in the second half. But, if you look overall, it can be avoided.
