Today’s Anupama 18th November 2023 episode begins with Anuj questioning Anupama about why she didn’t contact him sooner if she was so anxious. Anupama says that she was unable to talk to him because she believed it would be stressful. Anuj embraces Anupama and informs her that she is so used to assisting others that she does not recognize when she requires assistance for herself. Anupama feels soothed in Anuj’s arms and hears Anu going to fall asleep. Anuj begs her to put her concerns aside for the day and go to rest for a while. He informs Anupama that the doctor has told him that Leela’s condition is not good but that they are going to worry about it later. Anuj requests ice cream from Anupama. Hasmukh Is Terrified
Meanwhile, Hasmukh continually monitors Leela’s pulse and blood pressure. He becomes terrified when he stops hearing Leela’s sleeping voice. Hasmukh rechecks the pulse and informs Leela that she is not permitted to leave him behind since he will be the first to go.
Anuj, on the other hand, makes a milkshake for Anupama in the kitchen, which they eat together. Anupama claims it’s the nicest ice cream she’s ever tasted, which makes Anuj giggle. Anupama’s vitality is revived by seeing Anuj alongside her. After having the shake they rest for the night and discuss Leela’s condition with the doctor the following day.
Anupama Gets Emotional
The doctor examines the test results and informs Anuj and Anupama that Leela’s health is critical since her heart fails to pump blood due to 70% blockage. Anupama becomes sad upon hearing the news. Anuj questions the doctor about what they ought to do. The doctor urges them to take care of Leela because surgery is dangerous at her age. After the doctor left, Toshu and Kinjal entered the living room with their bags. Anuj requests that Anupama look at them as they prepare to depart.
Everyone Meets Toshu And Kinjal
Everyone arrives in the living room, and Toshu and Kinjal are the first to approach Hasmukh and seek his blessings for a great future. Kavya tells them that she will take good care of the family. Kinjal greets Kavya and Dimpy with the best of luck with their births and infants. Anuj offers Toshu and Kinjal some money and encourages them to call him if they require any assistance. Anupama’s emotional side takes over and she tells Toshu and Kinjal to live forever and happily after. Anupama tells Pari not to forget them and to work well once she returns to school.
Anupama Cries
Leela appears as Toshu and Kinjal are ready to depart after doing aarti and wonders whether they are leaving without seeing her. Leela sits down and provides Kinjal and Toshu with some crucial financial and parenting advice since they must be accountable for themselves without the supervision of an older. Kinjal and Toshu leave, and Anupama burst into tears, with Leela comforting her. Later, Leela informs Hasmukh and Anupama that she would never travel to faraway countries since no one ever returns.
