Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi episode, aired on February 7, 2024, begins with Lakshmi comatose on her hospital bed. Outside, Neelam waits for news on Virendra’s condition, wondering if the accident is so serious that they are taking so long. In the meantime, everyone begs her to remain calm and hopeful, and then the doctor arrives and informs them that Virendra is serious and has a wound on the backside of his head. He claims that if Virendra does not regain consciousness soon, he will lapse into a coma or be brain-dead, while the Oberoi family becomes concerned and Neelam requests that he treat Virendra correctly. After that, the doctor says they’re doing their best and will shortly transfer Virendra to the ICU, where they may meet him.

Lakshmi Regains Consciousness
Lakshmi regains consciousness, recalling the accident, and attempts to approach Virendra. However, the nurse stops her and informs her that Virendra has been transferred to the ICU and advises her to rest because she would not be permitted to meet him.
Karishma Blames Lakshmi
Shalu and Bani arrive and inquire as to how the accident occurred. Karishma accuses Lakshmi, but Rishi and Ayush advise her to concentrate on Virendra for the time being. Then, everyone prays for Virendra’s health, while Malishka adds that now Lakshmi will be out of the home since she tricked them with the video, and Sonia will be assisting her.

The next episode begins with Sonia visiting the hospital, which makes Malishka pleased because it means Sonia will now blame Lakshmi for the accident, causing Neelam to become angry. In the meantime, a nurse notices movement in Virendra and proceeds to summon the doctor. Sonia meets with her family and inquires about Virendra’s whereabouts, while Rishi informs her that they were involved in an accident, but Lakshmi is safe. However, Virendra remains critical when Sonia mocks him about Lakshmi, claiming that she is unlucky for their family, which is why Virendra is severe. After that, Rishi advises her to prioritize Virendra and quit talking trash.
In the meantime, Malishka complies with him and goes to see Virendra, where she encounters Virendra’s nurse, who informs her about Virendra’s progress and advises her to phone the doctor. At the same time, Malishka believes that if Virendra is spared, her plan will fail, so she resolves to kill him and Lakshmi. On the other side, Lakshmi insists on meeting Virendra and requests that the nurse accompany her there, which she complies with. Malishka removes Virendra’s oxygen mask, causing him to fight to breathe as Lakshmi arrives.
