Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina’s Jigra and Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri’s Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is an entertaining joyride. Raaj Shaandilyaa directed it. VVKWWV stars Rajkummar Rao, Triptii Dimri, Mallika Sherawat, Tiku Talsania, Archana Puran Singh, Vijay Raaz, Rakesh Bedi, and Mukesh Tiwari.
Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video Story
Set in the 1990s, the story revolves around Vicky (Rajkummar Rao) and his newlywed bride Vidya (Triptii Dimri). Vicky convinces his wife to record their wedding night. A small-town couple records a video of their first night after their wedding to keep it as a memory. However, things get dramatic, when the CD player and the CD of the video get stolen. Vijay Raaz is seen as a police officer and has a crush on Mallika Sherawat. Will they be able to recover the CD? Watch the film to find out.
Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video VVKWWV Review
Raaj Shaandilyaa is known for making films like Dream Girl and Dream Girl 2. Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is another laugh riot filled with comedy and chaos. He has presented the 90s beautifully. Raaj Shaandilyaa has made serious efforts in every minute detail to showcase the 90s, be it costumes, or sets. VVKWWV takes you to the 90s and you indulge in it.
Rajkummar Rao has had an amazing 2024 with films like Srikanth, Mr And Mrs Mahi, Stree 2, and now VVKWVV. He is a natural talent and impresses with his performance. Triptii Dimri is growing as an actor. She looked good on screen and played her part well. Mallika Sherawat is a surprise. It is so good to see her after long. She impresses with her dialogue delivery.
Vijay Raaz, Mukesh Tiwari, Archana Puran Singh, Rakesh Bedi, and Tiku Talsania were equally good with their performances. Shehnaaz Gill looked beautiful in the Sajna Ve Sajna song. Sachin-Jigar music is good. Yes, the songs are recreated, but they are good. VVKWWV has good comedy punches and it does not bore you. There are some scenes that are dragged and are needless. They are illogical and do not have relevance to the story. If those had been trimmed, the outcome would have been much better.
Final Verdict
Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is a joyride, a hilarious family entertainer packed with decent direction from Raaj Shaandilyaa and good performances from the entire cast. If you are a fan of comedy films, VVKWWV is a good watch on Dussehra weekend. We give the film 3.5 stars out of 5.
