Salman Khan As Chulbul Pandey In Singham Again
Salman Khan’s character from the Dabangg series ‘Chulbul Pandey’ was seen in Rohit Shetty – Ajay Devgn’s film Singham Again. Singham Again is part of Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe. Salman Khan’s iconic character from Dabangg ‘Chulbul Pandey’ is also a police officer. Hence, many fans wanted to see the epic crossover between Chulbul and Singham. It does happen in the post-credit scenes of Singham Again when Chulbul Pandey meets Bajirao Singham. The cameo, which lasted around 13 seconds, served to announce the upcoming project ‘Mission Chulbul Singham.’ As the name indicates, it will feature Ajay Devgn, and Salman Khan together.
Salman Khan’s cameo has become the talking point of the film. While many fans praised the crossover, many slammed that it was too short. Even a few also stated that Salman Khan wasted time in Singham Again.
Original Cameo Of Salman Khan Scrapped?
According to the sources, Salman Khan has planned to film an extended cameo in Singham Again. He was about to shoot a scene full of action in the climax. However, according to the reports, it was believed that the actor refused to go out and shoot due to security reasons. Hence, the cameo was cut short in the film Singham Again. Salman Khan’s security has been increased with more bodyguards protecting him after he lost his dear friend politician Baba Siddique in a brutal murder in October. This is the reason that Salman Khan refused to shoot out.

Salman Khan’s character Chulbul Pandey was first seen in 2010 Dabangg. It was the highest-grossing film of the year. Two years later Salman reprised his role in the second part, Dabangg 2. Both the parts did well at the Box Office. However, the third part, Dabangg 3, directed by Prabhu Deva, underperformed at the box office.
Singham Again is the third installment in the Singham franchise and the fifth part in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe after Singham, Singham Returns, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi. Singham Again has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in the first weekend itself and is heading towards a solid strong total during its lifetime run.
