The plot follows Dr. Nitiya Vasu, portrayed by Harleen Sethi. She is a passionate new resident at the well-known Elizabeth Blackwell Medical Centre. However, she comes there on a secret mission of retribution. She believes that her mentor, the popular neurosurgeon Dr. Ishaan Ahuja, derailed her brother’s career.
Sharad Kelkar plays Ahuja’s character. Nevertheless, as they face the challenges of the high-level medical world together, Nitiya’s perspective changes. She begins to uncover a side of Ishaan that challenges her faith and heart.

It is a series that closely focuses on the lives of doctors who tirelessly save everyone’s lives. It also depicts how they do not give up even in serious conditions. The director Sahir Raza has done a brilliant job in getting a pulse-pounding storyline, and some unique perspectives. Every frame and dialogue are so precise, that it immerses the viewers in a hyper-realistic medical world.
Moving ahead to the performances, Harleen Sethi perfectly captures her character’s intensity and makes everyone glued to the screens. Sharad Kelkar is such an amazing actor. You wish to see more of him. He anchors the narrative with a performance that feels lived-in. His dialogue delivery is outstanding. He lends his character the personality of a great mentor.
Meanwhile, the supporting cast also did a decent job in the show. Faezeh Jalali as the quirky competent Dr. Sabeeha Bannerwala and Viraf Patel as the enigmatic Dr. Abhijat Gupta are good. Apart from them, Max Fernandes and Teena Singh also did a brilliant job by introducing unexpected twists that enhance the narrative. Doctors clearly show the sacrifices of doctors in real life. The series occasionally veers into melodrama and overly dramatic moments. However, these are minor flaws in an otherwise well-executed narrative. The final episode ends with a cliffhanger and ensures that viewers are left guessing the possibilities for the next season.
