In his recent media interaction, Aamir Khan addressed the social media trolling about his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha. When asked about hashtags like Boycott Bollywood and Boycott Laal Singh Chaddha trend on Twitter, Aamir feels sad about it. Speaking about the #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha trend on Twitter, Aamir shared,
“That Boycott Bollywood… Boycott Aamir Khan… Boycott Laal Singh Chaddha… I feel sad also because a lot of people who are saying this in their hearts believe I am someone who doesn’t like India… In their hearts, they believe that… And that’s quite untrue. I really love the country… That’s how I am. It is rather unfortunate if some people feel that way. I want to assure everyone that it’s not the case, so please don’t boycott my films; please watch my films.”
Even Laal Singh Chaddha’s actress Kareena Kapoor Khan made some controversial statements earlier. Laal Singh Chaddha is the Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ 1994 Hollywood classic film ‘Forrest Gump.’ People who have already watched the original are disappointed with the trailer and as well as with Aamir Khan.
