1. Salman Khan: Race 3

Back in 2008, Abbas-Mustan directed the cult hit Race. To say that with its first release, the fans were utterly swooned by it would be a sheer understatement. Furthermore, the first part had an amazing cast. Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif, Sameera Reddy, and Anil Kapoor are to name them. Then came Race 2 in 2013, with Saif again being the lead actor and some new additions. The second part did as great. However, the makers thought to make some significant alterations in its third part. They replaced Saif with Salman Khan thinking the movie would be a blockbuster. Sadly, it was not so. Fans ridiculed Race 3 to many extreme levels. Be it the movie’s songs, dialogues, or plot, everything was rubbish, to say the least.

2. Aamir Khan: Dhoom 3

Dhoom was another one of the very popular Bollywood franchises. However, in its third part, the makers brought in Aamir Khan. Although Dhoom 3 was not exactly a flop and did fairly great, it still lacked the OG vibes. The craze that the first two parts created was immensely missing in Dhoom’s third installment. Hrithik Roshan

not being a part of its 3rd part greatly impacted the film negatively. Furthermore, it has been more than ten years, and there are no talks about the fourth part of Dhoom.

3. Akshay Kumar: Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara

The niche that Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi created in the first installment of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai was something else. However, it was completely hijacked and ruined by Akshay Kumar. Then, in 2013 came Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara, which was a misfire in its truest sense. The swag Emraan Hashmi created in the first part was entirely missing in the second. To sum it up, the second part was plain and boring. Furthermore, it is safe to say that Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara completely destroyed the scope of any future installments.

4. Alia Bhatt: Sadak 2

Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, and Deepak Tijori made the 1991 Sadak a huge hit. 29 years later, its second installment came out. Sanjay Dutt was again in the lead role, and the newly joined band was of Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur. It is safe to say that the second part was nothing but absolutely terrible.

5. Sanjay Dutt – Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3

Jimmy Sheirgill, Mahie Gill, and Randeep Hooda starred in the original 2011 released Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster. It was a huge hit. However, its second installment did not live up to the expectations of everyone. So, makers decided to go bigger by adding Sanjay Dutt in the third one; however, it was of no use.
