The movie was written by Ritesh Shah and produced by Rising Sun Films and Kino Works. Apart from Abhishek Bachchan and Ahilya Bamroo, the movie also features Banita Sandhu, Johny Lever, Pearl Dey, and Jayant Kriplani, amongst others. The background score of the movie is composed by George Joseph and the soundtrack is composed by Taba Chake.
