In today’s September 10, 2023 episode of Anupama, Anupama, Ankush, and Barkha wait outside the residence for Anuj to return from the hospital. When Barkha approaches her and informs her that Adhik is not responsible for Pakhi’s disappearance, Anupama tensely mutters about Anuj not returning. Barkha asserts that despite Adhik’s harsh treatment of Pakhi and his mistaken thrashing of her, he is incapable of hatching such a grand scheme against Pakhi. Anupama refuses to respond to Barkha’s appeal to withdraw the police report against Adhik and instead queries Ankush as to why Anuj has not phoned him back.

Anupama Gets Difficult To Handle
While Ankush and Barkha decide to take Anupama to the Shah home, Romil enters the house and displays an uneasy appearance for some reason. Everyone gathers at the entryway to see Anupama enter with Ankush and Barkha as Vanraj abruptly stands in front of the main door. Ankush says that he believed that taking Anupama there would be beneficial as Anuj has not yet returned after Anupama hugs Leela and sobs while taking Pakhi’s name.
Romil phones someone else and inquires whether the situation is under control; they respond that it has become quite serious and that he will alert the police if he is discovered. Anuj returns to the Shah residence simultaneously, and everyone is happy to hear that the patient is not Pakhi.
Adhik Gets A Clean Chit
The inspector shows up to see everyone and says that despite Adhik’s confession of having assaulted Pakhi and committed fraud at Anuj’s workplace, he is not the person responsible for this case. Barkha informs everyone that she said her brother did nothing after the inspector certified that Adhik was with his friend the entire day, and they gave him a clean health bill.
Adhik shows in and tells Anupama that while she might not yet trust him, he still cares deeply about Pakhi despite all of his mistakes in the past with her. Adhik wants Anupama to look for them rather than question him, implying that the primary offender is still on the loose. After Anupama arrives and declares that she will never forgive him for what he has done but still listens to him, Adhik steps outside and begins hitting the wall as he recalls how he abused Pakhi.
When Vanraj sees Adhik returning with Anupama, he warns them that Adhik cannot be there, but Anupama responds by saying that recovering Pakhi is more important than harboring resentment.
