The September 15, 2023, episode of Anupama opens with Leela asking her what her adversary is doing in her home. Anupama then begs Leela to refrain from using such harsh language. Even though Malti Devi’s situation makes Leela feel horrible, she claims that only karma is to blame for her suffering because of all the wicked actions she committed in the past. Anupama makes Malti Devi sit down on the couch and tells her not to become tense since she won’t touch her. Then, Anupama asks Malti Devi why she doesn’t remember her even though she recalls the address and her daughter.

Pakhi Saves Romil
When the police unexpectedly enter the home, Romil’s heart sinks, and he begins pleading with Anuj, Anupama, and the other elders that he has made a mistake and will not repeat the offense. Pakhi stands between Romil and the cops and declares that Romil will not go, while Samar and Toshu argue that Romil should experience what it’s like to be in jail. After apologizing for the labor they had to put in, Pakhi tells the inspector that she wishes to withdraw her complaint against Romil. The police then disperse.
Pakhi explains that even though Romil made a mistake, he is not a criminal in any way. She continues that Romil did not plan to injure her and cared for her even after kidnapping her, proving the point when Samar asserts that Romil can achieve something more significant in the future. Pakhi claims that she, the other kids, and Romil have all been allowed to try again after making mistakes.
Romil’s Realization
Vanraj doesn’t appear to be too happy, but he chooses to keep quiet. Pakhi then advises them to finish the Rakhi process. Romil apologizes to Pakhi and hugs her to express his gratitude for her support and for giving him another chance.
However, Romil is told by Anupama that he must prove himself to the family and that he cannot assume that things will return to normal in a single day. Romil understands how wrong it was for him to exact revenge on his own family and sister as Pakhi attaches Rakhi to the wrists of every brother she had.
Anupama Wants To Take Care Of Malti Devi
When Anuj asks Anupama what they should do with Malti Devi, she suggests that they take her to the doctor, but Anuj responds that he wants to express his feelings on the subject. To ensure Malti Devi has the most excellent care, he tells Anupama that he does not want her to live in the same home as her and that he will pay a significant number of money.
Later, Anuj and Anupama bring Malti Devi to the doctor, who informs them that the patient has partial amnesia and that the family’s active participation in the therapy is necessary.
