Today’s Anupama 17th January 2024 episode begins with Mahi hugging Vanraj and expressing to him how much she has missed him all these days. However, Vanraj gently pulls Mahi away from him before walking away, leaving Kavya with a sorrowful expression after hearing Mahi question if her father is not delighted to see her. Dimpy approaches Mahi and tells her they are delighted to have her back home and that they should all enjoy Makar Sankranti together.

Anuj Recalls The Past
In the meantime, Anuj cooks ladoos by himself, recalling how he and Anupama used to create similar delicacies together and celebrate holidays with their family. Shruti arrives to assist Anuj after noticing the distorted shapes of the ladoos, prompting Anuj to cease ruminating on the past while Shruti attempts to care for them in the present. Anupama also cooks ladoos and is upset since she is enjoying her typical holiday alone outside of her own country for the first time.
Mahi Needs Love
Back in India, Pakhi questions Kavya about why she has brought Mahi into the house while knowing that Vanraj dislikes it. Kavya responds that she had no option because the doctor informed her that Mahi is regularly unwell as a result of her loneliness, which should be healed through love. As Pakhi suggests that Kavya should have just gotten Mahi some toys and outfits, Kavya responds that her daughter only requires love from her parents to improve her well-being, and she understands what she should do for her daughter.
Evil Pakhi
Pakhi informs Leela how Kavya speaks thorns after Kavya goes, to which Leela responds that Pakhi is the master of that field and she is the one who must leave if she wants Vanraj to unwind.
Disappointed Kinjal
Kinjal arrives home and expresses disappointment at seeing Toshu consume alcohol, prompting Toshu to tell her something.
