Anupama considers the prospect that Malti Devi would abandon her son in an orphanage but persuades herself not to consider such unfavorable scenarios. Leela Throws A Fit
While Leela finds justification for not eating more because she dislikes the dull flavor of the soup, Kinjal forces her to sip her soup. Toshu gets Leela happy by promising to purchase her bhajiya, but he is merely playing with her. Vanraj informs Leela that she will completely quit eating fatty foods and sweets because they are poison to her.
Hasmukh responds that maintaining a healthy diet is just as important as taking the tests when Leela becomes irate and claims that she has promised to do the tests. Vanraj threatens that Anupama will deliver a five-page lecture if she doesn’t behave, or Toshu will call her. While Kinjal suggests that they inform Anupama of the situation, Leela eats her soup calmly. Vanraj responds that he did not call Anupama since she was preoccupied with Malti Devi’s issue.
Anupama Reveals Her Investigation
Anupama returns home later and places the file in the cabinet. She then notices Anuj, who is dozing off while holding a file. She tells Anuj that she went to the Gurukul to look for anything linked to Malti Devi as Anuj awakens. He regrets putting Anupama under pressure, but she says she wants to know the whole truth and cannot bear to see Anuj under pressure.
Anupama revealed that she discovered the birth certificate for Malti Devi’s kid. However, the documents are smeared due to aging. When Anupama mentions that Malti Devi’s son will be the same age as him, Anuj understands why Malti Devi referred to him as her son.
Anuj informs them that they must locate Malti Devi’s son before talking to them about Leela’s situation and promising to be there if she requires medical attention.
Samar Feels Burdened
The following day, Anupama is shocked to learn from Samar, who is crying, that his best buddy Manoj was killed in an accident. Samar sobs on Anupama’s shoulder as they embrace, confessing to her that he is the family’s only source of income and that his wife is also expecting. He declares that he has come to understand that a father’s obligations continue after his death and makes the decision to get insurance for the future. Samar feels better after Anupama corrects him for speaking in such a gloomy manner.
She visits Malti Devi with her puja thali and inquires about how well she slept. Anupama then shows her their photo, which causes Malti Devi to experience hazy flashbacks from the past. She advises Malti Devi to calm down after hearing her claim that her head feels heavy whenever she tries to think.
Anuj discovers the birth certificate file in the cabinet and takes it out to investigate.
