Barkha begins today’s Anupama 19th November 2023 show by informing Malti Devi about Anupama’s habit of running over to the Shahs whenever they need her. Anupama, according to Barkha, is not concerned about others when she is summoned by the Shahs, and the Shahs also call her frequently for various reasons. Anuj overhears Barkha and Malti Devi’s chat and tells them that comparing another family like that is not good because they have also done things that have harmed others but are still living happily with them.

Anu Has A High Fever
When Anuj recounts Malti Devi abandoning him years ago, Malti Devi falls silent, and Anu enters, saying she is not doing well. Anuj finds Anu has a high temperature, which worries him, and Anu begins asking for Anupama, which causes problems for them because Anupama is at the Shah residence. In the meantime, Anupama is thinking about everything at once as she prepares in the kitchen, orders groceries for the Kapadia family, and takes a business call.
Understanding Hasmukh
Anuj phones Anupama and informs her that Anu has a 103-degree fever, which shocks Anupama, and Hasmukh enters the kitchen at that time, urging her to attend to her daughter. Anupama runs over to check on Anu, while Hasmukh takes over the cooking, which Kavya observes and questions Hasmukh about why he didn’t ask her to do it. Hasmukh says he’ll handle the cooking because Kavya gets queasy from the onion scent, so she leaves and he finishes the job.
Pakhi Fights
Anu, a fussy person, refuses to take medication after Anupama calms her down. Anu is persuaded to take the medication, and Anupama’s anxiety is shown when she is asked about Leela’s blood pressure problem. Adhik advises that Pakhi looks after Hasmukh and Leela in the Shah residence, but Pakhi refuses to perform chores. Anupama requests that Pakhi depart, but Adhik emphasizes that she must care for her family. Pakhi arrives to the Shah residence but does not assist and instead clashes with Dimpy, prompting Hasmukh to return her to the Kapadia residence.
Hasmukh And Leela Falls
Leela informs Hasmukh that she has to use the restrooms, and Hasmukh lends her a hand and helps her as they walk to the loo. Hasmukh’s foot slips, and he and Leela collide on the floor, anxiously calling for Kavya and Dimpy, who are already outside. Anupama receives a call from Hasmukh, who loses his mind after requesting her to come there, but Anu grabs her from behind and prevents her from going.
