The 20th January 2024 episode of Anupama begins with Anupama and Yashdeep driving to the restaurant while sitting quietly in the car. When Shruti and Anuj go on a trip together, Shruti informs Anuj that she should joke since she can’t stand the awful stillness in the car. When Yashdeep confides in Anupama about the discomfort, Anupama says she’s willing to speak about anything, which prompts Yashdeep to talk to her about his job in the Indian Army. Anupama learns that Yashdeep was in the Army. She is thrilled and gives him a salute. Meanwhile, Yashdeep questions Anupama about how she got to the United States. Shruti’s Desire
After learning Anupama’s complete tale, Yashdeep comments that Yashpal may be nasty at times. Still, Anupama acknowledges that Yashpal has assisted her greatly by providing her with a job and a roof over her head. Shruti informs Anuj that she wants to convey something significant to him]. She discusses how she wants to have a destination wedding with him someplace in India. Anuj looks at Shruti uneasily as she asks him whether they should simply move to India and live there since they would always feel alone in the strange nation by themselves.
Anupama Serves Yashdeep
Meanwhile, Kavya informs Vanraj that Pakhi is incorrect in this entire circumstance, and Vanraj is aware of the same which should prompt him to act otherwise Pakhi and Ishani’s lives will be in ruins. The following day, Anupama serves in the kitchen and chuckles at the humor of the other employees until Yashdeep arrives and wants everyone to salute him, making everyone apprehensive.
However, Yashdeep clarifies that he is simply kidding. Anupama invites him to place an order for anything he is interested in eating. Yashdeep replies that he only consumes bread with butter and jelly in the morning. Anupama serves the bread for Yashdeep, unaware that butter implies peanut butter and jelly means jam, but Yashdeep enjoys it.
Dimpy To Vanraj
Dimpy returns to the kitchen amid the night to get some water and notices someone there, who turns out to be Teetu. The person covers Dimpy’s lips as the two of them stare at each other closely. However, Vanraj enters the kitchen and questions Dimpy why she hasn’t returned his calls. Dimpy responds that she couldn’t hear the voice due to an infection in her ear. Vanraj discovers the kitchen window is unlocked; Dimpy claims she had probably forgotten to close it while Teetu is hiding by the window, as Vanraj is prone to thinking otherwise.
Kinjal To Meet Anupama?
On the other hand, Aadhya and Shruti depart for school and jobs. Anuj phones Devika to see if Anupama is now in America. Devika informs Anuj that Anupama is in America. Still, she is unaware of this, while Anuj suspects Devika is lying to him on purpose and attempts to manipulate her into telling the truth. Finally, Anuj trusts Devika’s statements and urges her to notify him immediately as she finds Anupama since he is dying without her. Kinjal begs Pari to accompany her to the location where she saw the Indian dancing lady because she wishes to meet Anupama at all costs without informing Toshu.
