Today’s Anupama 30th October 2023 episode begins with Anupama and Dimple exiting the room and greeting the rest of the family. Pakhi continues to monitor the family members as they approach Dimple and start asking her whether her health is alright or if she requires anything. Anuj compliments Dimple on how beautiful she is, and Dimple coughs, prompting Adhik to fetch her water, which enrages Pakhi. Dimple appreciates everyone for their help. Pakhi Feels Jealous

Anuj agrees with Adhik, and both present her Imli candies and Swiss chocolates. Dimple goes for her event, and Pakhi enters her room. Adhik enters the room and inquires about the situation. Pakhi responds by asking him to be Dimple’s personal carer and ensure that she receives all essential prenatal care. Pakhi complains that no one is paying attention to her since she is unable to become a mother. This irritates Adhik, who tells her to stop playing the “no-mother” card. Adhik walks out of the room after saying that he feels remorse and anguish for his and Pakhi’s condition, but he is not exploiting the circumstance to victimize himself.

Toshu Is Too Busy

Pakhi grieves alone as Malti Devi waits outside the room, watching the spectacle with curiosity. Meanwhile, Vanraj asks Toshu whether he may deposit a cheque at the bank, but Toshu is too preoccupied with his phone call to see Vanraj or Pari, who is still crying. Hasmukh returns home from the market and urges Toshu to pay attention to his family, who are suffering in front of his eyes, before inviting Vanraj to accompany him.

Anupama Assures Malti Devi

Later that night, Anupama waits for Anuj in the living room. Malti Devi tells her to relax since she will feed Anuj when he returns. Anupama encourages Malti Devi to relax instead because she is elderly and must take care of herself after chasing Anu all day. Malti Devi claims that Anuj adores Anupama and that she regrets not finding love in all these years, which is why she is alone now. Anupama states that Malti Devi would get love if she gave love away. She jokes that she does not want a harsh mother-in-law. Malti Devi informs Anupama that Anupama’s attitude as the daughter-in-law would determine the nature of her mother-in-law.

Kavya Feels Discomfort

Anuj returns home, calling Anupama’s name. Anupama informs that Malti Devi is also present, after which Malti Devi goes to sleep. Anupama prepares Anuj’s favorite parathas for dinner. This makes Anuj upset because he will never be able to gain his abs. At the same time, Kavya begins to feel uneasy in the middle of the night and attempts to settle down but becomes dizzy, causing her to collapse on the bench. As Kavya’s 7th month begins, Leela comes and takes care of her by having her lie on her lap and letting her sleep.

Anupama Is Shocked

Anuj and Anupama are having dinner together when they notice Romil entering. Anupama serves him kheer, which he finishes before leaving without collecting his book from the table. Meanwhile, Adhik apologizes to Pakhi for his previous outburst, but Pakhi claims that Dimple is only playing a victim in order to draw everyone’s attention to herself.

Adhik claims that Pakhi does the same, which enrages Pakhi, who warns him that Dimple will soon embarrass the entire family. Anupama arrives to give Romil his book after Anuj leaves the room. Anupama opens the door after hearing noises within, which shocks her.
