Vanraj’s Skepticism Breaks Kavya
Everyone is silent and shocked when Vanraj declares that Kavya’s child will be his son or daughter. Vanraj then approaches Kavya and extends his hand for her to grip. However, Anupama puts her hand in between them. Anupama’s move shocks the two, and Vanraj asks her whether she disagrees with his choice. Anupama apologizes to Vanraj and Kavya and expresses her entire agreement with him, but she also questions whether he genuinely believes in his words. She further queries Vanraj about his motivations for making the choice and whether he will back out if his heart changes, given that the obligation lasts a lifetime without a respite. After hearing this, Vanraj reconsiders his previous statements and retracts his hand.
Anuj And Anupama Agree With Kavya
Anuj responds that Kavya did the appropriate thing by stating the truth because it would eventually come out when Anupama returns home and tells him the whole story. Anupama acknowledges Anuj’s point of view and apologizes for missing work that day. To this, Anuj responds that there wasn’t much of a time crunch. Anuj informs Anupama about Pakhi’s obstinate insistence that Adhik join the project and how Adhik is scheming to involve her in everything. Later, while everyone is gathered at the Kapadia home for tea, Anuj receives a call that slightly aggravates him.
The Lost Suitcase
Anuj questions Ankush as to how he could have overlooked the suitcase with the money that Anuj had given him, as it was crucial to deposit the money in the bank.
Barkha and Adhik claim they didn’t see anything in the house, despite Ankush’s apology for being negligent, and claim that he just kept the suitcase in the living room. When Adhik returns, he claims that someone must have taken the money for their partying requirements, which irritates Romil, who urges Adhik to respect his boundaries.
When Romil claims he has no knowledge of money, Anupama stops them and commands Ankush to reconsider where he hid the bag. A gold watch then falls out of Romil’s pocket unexpectedly, and he claims that it belonged to one of his friends.
