Today’s Anupama 7th October 2023 episode shows Anupama clutching Samar’s cold body and feeling his life leave from the motionless flesh. She expresses her gratitude for having a son like Samar. She grabs Samar’s hand and assures him that she will try her best to take care of his child and give them all the love they need. Anupama said that she comprehends why Samar expressed such sentiments and thanked her for being his mother at their most recent meeting.

Anupama’s Motherly Love
Anupama claims that she was unable to express to Samar how fortunate she is to have him as a son. She claims that she is happy that Samar was born from her womb in this life and that she aspires to be Samar’s mother and give birth to him in every life.
The entire family breaks down in tears as Anupama praises Samar for making their lives happier and makes a commitment to see him again in the next world. She then ties the black rope around Samar’s foot so that it will protect him.
Anupama claims that because she didn’t tie the string in this lifetime, she is doing so for the next lifetime in order to keep Samar safe from danger.
Anupama And Vanraj Make Their Decision
Adhik receives a message from the doctor requesting information regarding the organ donation. Adhik’s expression changes, and Anuj informs everyone that the doctor has asked for organ donation because Samar’s organs are required for the survival of another patient.
Anuj adds that now is not the time to discuss such matters, but he still needs to know if Anupama and Vanraj are willing to give Samar’s organs. Anuj gives the documents to Adhik after Leela claims Samar won’t leave in a half-formed state and that no one would examine the body, but Dimple advises them to go.
Dimple claims that even though the body will be reduced to ashes if the organs are donated, Samar’s body will be able to save and sustain another human being. Hasmukh asserts that although it is not a simple choice to give the organs of the deceased, everyone should do it in order to assist other families. Anupama explains that although their happiness has already been lost, they can still help others. Vanraj and Anupama then sign the form and distribute it.
Vanraj’s Allegations
When a bracelet spills from his coat, Toshu suggests that it might belong to Sonu, the person Anuj was fighting with.
Vanraj had a brief flashback of everything before shouting Anuj’s name. He then grabs Anuj by the collar and claims that Anuj is to blame for Samar’s death. Anuj is astonished to hear that, but Vanraj tells everyone what happened. He claims that Anuj still messed with the lads despite his repeated requests.
Anuj connects his hands and declares to everyone present that he had no idea such a thing would transpire. He further claims that he was only trying to protect the girl from the boys and had no idea that his struggle would result in Samar being shot.
