Today’s Bhagya Lakshmi 20th January 2024 episode begins with the doctor advising the Oberoi family that Neelam is not serious and has no inside injuries. Harleen And Sonia’s Argument

Meanwhile, Neelam claims that Harleen cannot take both sides because, deliberately or unintentionally, Lakshmi did it alone. Harleen responds that Lakshmi now has the mental capacity of a toddler.
