In the video, Sana is questioned about her choice of creating 1000 permanent jobs or feeding 1000 starving children every day. The model answered the finale of the Femina Miss India 2012 question immediately.

She stated that she would choose to feed 1000 starving children every day and would do anything in her power to help them. She backed her answer by stating that the children are the future of the nation.
