The Week reported on Tuesday that Deepika has been getting ready for motherhood. According to a source, “The actor is said to be in her second trimester.” According to the news report, Deepika hid her midriff on the 77th BAFTA red carpet, fueling rumors that she is pregnant. Deepika and Ranveer have yet to respond to these reports.

Deepika’s pregnancy announcement comes shortly after it was revealed that she had opted out of The White Lotus season 3. Last month, it was reported that Deepika would appear in the third season of the popular HBO show. Deepika recently starred in Fighter, an action thriller starring Hrithik Roshan. Ranveer will return to his role as Simmba in Rohit Shetty’s police drama Singham Again. Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor also appear in the film. Ranveer will also star in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, which will be released in 2025.
