Fateh Story
The film begins in a small Punjab village where an ex-special ops officer Fateh Singh portrayed by Sonu Sood is living a simple life with a dark professional past. However, his life takes a dramatic turn when a village girl Nimrit Kaur played by Shiv Jyoti Rajput, becomes a victim of the cybercrime syndicate. When Nimrit disappears, Fateh goes in search of her and is on a mission to expose a nationwide web of cybercrime. He gets support from Khushi played by Jacqueline Fernandez, who is an ethical hacker. The film will take you on the journey of how he will dismantle the cyber mafia.

Sonu Sood with dual responsibility as an actor and director performed both roles exceptionally well. The film sheds light on the threat of cybercrime and digital fraud and how it is creating a nuisance in the world. With the growing technologies, there are new ways of malicious activities from cybercrime thugs, making targets of innocent people.
Sonu Sood shines on his directorial debut. The best part is, that the film does not divert from its core and does not fall prey to unnecessary love sequences. The fast-paced narrative keeps the audience engaged. The highlight of the film is the action sequences that are intense and brutal with strong background music from John Stewart Eduri and Hans Zimmer.
The screenplay from Ankur Pajni and Sonu Sood explores various locations to showcase the reach of cyber mafias. However, the subplots and back story of the lead characters lack depth. Due to this, viewers may not connect with the characters emotionally. Some action scenes and excessive violence may not be liked by all the viewers.
Talking about performances, Sonu Sood as an actor too did a brilliant job. His expressions, body language, and dialogue delivery are top-notch. Jacqueline Fernandez played her part well. Vijay Raaz with his sly humor gives you a breather in this intense thriller. Despite limited screen time, the veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah made his presence felt with his performance. Other casts Shiv Jyoti Rajput, Prakash Balewadi, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya decently played their roles.
