Viju tells Amba that Latha doesn’t want to share him with anybody, so she holds his revolver at her forehead and threatens to kill herself if he leaves her. He claims she instructed him to meet her across her dead corpse, leaving him helpless. Virat remembers Pakhi trying the same thing to prevent him from meeting Sai. Sai recalls leaving Virat’s residence. Viju expresses to Amba how lonely he feels without her. He inquires as to why he has arrived so late. Virat and Sai both notice each other and think if they do not settle their problems, their love story will ultimately result in divorce, as it did for Viju and Amba.
Satya Gets Emotional
Amba tells Viju he arrived late and that his son was reared without his father. Viju inquires as to if they have a son. Amba concurs, stating, “I was pregnant when you left me.” Satya is brought inside by her. Viju embraces Satya. Satya becomes emotional and departs. Virat recalls the first time he met Savi. Sai remembers her first meeting with Vinu. Virat and Sai exchange glances.
Sai Explains Satya
Satya requests that she leave him alone. Sai claims that she has heard that best friends do not leave each other alone when they are in difficulties. She claims that sometimes a situation is bad rather than a person; Viju Kaka didn’t know Amba was pregnant; he would have abandoned everything and returned to Amba. Viju has lost hope of survival, and only Satya can persuade him to have the operation. Satya’s job as a doctor and son is to persuade his Baba.
Viju Accepts Surgery
Satya has returned to Viju. Viju admits that he knows Satya will never forgive him and falls. Satya holds him and calls him Baba. Viju is relieved to hear Baba from him and inquires if he has forgiven him. Satya promises to forgive him if he agrees to the surgery. Viju claims he can’t live without Amba’s memories and wants to enjoy the rest of his days with Amba and Satya. Amba believes they can restore their memories and live the rest of their lives together. Virat and Sai also press him to comply for the sake of his family. Viju agrees. Satya tells him that he will be present during the operation. Sai instructs the nurse to prepare for surgery and believes she has 6 hours till the procedure.
Bhavani Cusses Sai
Sai runs out and requests that Virat drop her off at Chavan Nivas. Virat invites her to meet Vinu. Sai wants Bhavani to come to Viju and Amba’s wedding. Sai wants Viju to put vermilion on Amba’s forehead and a mangalsutra around her neck to make Amba remember happy times. Bhavani denies everything and insults Sai. Sai says she knows Bhavani has been profoundly hurt for 30 years and that she should relieve her anguish by praising her sister today. Bhavani continues to cuss Sai and walks away, unwilling to attend.
