Under Vyra Entertainments, Mohan Cherukuri, Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala, and Murthy K. S. produce it. The film is also dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. Nani and Mrunal Thakur play the main parts in the movie. Hi Nanna was first slated for a December 21, 2023, worldwide theater release. However, it was eventually preponed to December 7.

This is her second Telugu film after the superhit Sita Ramam, in which she portrays Sita Mahalakshmi aka Princess Noor Jahan.
It’s also noteworthy that Hi Nanna signifies Mrunal’s first collaboration with Nani. Nevertheless, their on-screen chemistry in this romantic family drama has left audiences wanting for more.
