Hum Do Hamare Do Review
Maddock Films always impress the audience with its content. Director Abhishek Jain is making his debut in Bollywood with Hum Do Hamare Do. The story and screenplay keep you engaged. The songs are melodious. Every character has done justice with their roles. The stories of Dhruv Anya and Purushottam Dipti run simultaneously. Rajkummar Rao, Kriti Sanon were impressive with their roles. Kriti Sanon delivers back-to-back excellent performances, first in Mimi and now in Hum Do Hamare Do.
However, Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak Shah steal the show with their terrific performances. Paresh Rawal’s comic timing is just brilliant. It was a pleasure to watch Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak Shah sharing the same screen. Aparshakti Khurana delivers what he is best known for, a hero’s friend. Manu Rishi Chadha justifies the role of an uncle. He creates an impact with his performance.
Saanand Verma is one person whom you cannot ignore in the movie Hum Do Hamare Do. He has played the role of Shaadiram. Though he has a limited presence, his dialogue delivery is outstanding. On the other hand, Khabir Mehta as a naughty kid has a small and vital role. He could have been used more.
The first half of the movie is a little slow. However, the movie speeds up after Shaadiram enters the scene. The second half is good. The film has emotions, situational comedy, and laughter. Overall, Hum Do Hamare Do is a complete family entertainer with clean comedy. It will be a decent watch with the family this festival. We give Hum Do Hamare Do 3.5 stars out of 5.
