Contestants And Eliminations
The auditions for Indian Idol Season 2 were held in both Telugu states, attracting young and talented singers from the region. Among the many hopefuls, 12 contestants were selected to showcase their vocal prowess. However, as the competition progressed, only 10 contestants managed to secure their place. Unfortunately, Manasa from Hyderabad and Yuthi Harshavardhan from Bengaluru were eliminated from the show.

She received the prestigious trophy, presented by megastar Chiranjeevi, and bagged a cash prize of Rs. 10 lakh. Furthermore, Vagdevi was awarded an additional Rs. 6 lakh and the golden opportunity to lend her melodious voice to an upcoming film featuring Megastar Chiranjeevi. Srinivas and Vaishnavi secured the second and third positions, respectively, making the competition fierce till the very end.
