Women-centric film Jahaan Chaar Yaar is released today at the theatres near you. Pooja Chopra, Swara Bhaskar, Meher Vij, and Shikha Talsania are in the lead roles in Jahaan Chaar Yaar. The film is written and directed by Kamal Pandey. Jahaan Chaar Yaar is a joyride with sisterly bro-mance.
Jahaan Chaar Yaar Story
It is a story of four women Sakina (Pooja Chopra), Shivangi (Swara Bhaskar), Mansi (Meher Vij), and Neha (Shikha Talsania). Shivangi lives a routine life of doing all the household activities, from washing the clothes of every family member to cooking food for them. She even eats alone after finishing all her work. Sakina is in a troubled marriage. Her husband threatens her with triple talaq. Sakina’s life is a mess due to her inability to have children. However, it is her spouse to be blamed, but no one hears her. Neha’s husband has an extramarital affair and has not had sex with her husband for two years. Mansi’s life is also not easy.
These four friends are bored of their regular monotonous life of being middle-class housewives. They decide to take a break from their everyday life and live more independently and freely for a few days. The girl gang travels to Goa to live life on their own terms. However, their vacation turns into a nightmare, leading to life-changing events.
Jahaan Chaar Yaar Review
Kamal Pandey made his directorial debut in the film. He has written many daily soaps and film stories before making his directorial debut. The story of four friends excites you in the first half. However, the problem is with the second half, where the film losses its plot. The film promises lots of fun and humor at the start, but the flavor gets spoiled as the film progress. Regarding the performances, Swara Bhaskar has been highlighted more among the four leading ladies. She has given a good amount of dialogue and is fun to watch. Shikha Talsania and Meher Vij have played their part with utmost honesty.
However, it is Pooja Chopra who is the strongest with her performance. She yet again delivers one of the finest performances in Jahaan Chaar Yaar. She has given some exciting moments in the film. Her performance is the highlight of the film. It would be good for the movie if her role was more elaborated. The music of the film is above average. The bond shown between the four actors is beautiful. The only thing is the message that the film wants to deliver does not come out properly because of its script.

Still, you can enjoy the film with your friends as it has some beautiful moments of girls’ bro-mance. Jahaan Chaar Yaar is an entertaining joyride with some terrific performances, especially Pooja Chopra. Therefore, we give the film Jahaan Chaar Yaar 3 stars out of 5.
