The trailer of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film Dhaakad is out. The trailer looks intense. Kangana Ranaut is playing the role of Agent Agni, a highly trained and deadly agent and is on a mission to eliminate Rudraveer played by Arjun Rampal. Arjun Rampal is the main antagonist, an international arms and human trafficker. Earlier in the week, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan shared the promo of Dhaakad’s upcoming song and immediately deleted it for the reasons best known to him.
In an interview with the YouTube channel, Tried & Refused Productions, Kangana Ranaut reacts to Amitabh Bachchan deleting the Dhaakad song promo after posting. She said,
“There are personal insecurities, they’re all trying to hide behind ‘Oh, we will get boycotted from the industry’. I don’t think it’s that. Kiara saw me, she was very comfortable, there’s no pressure. Of course, there are likes and dislikes but this is so striking that Mr. Bachchan tweeted the trailer and then he deleted it in other five-ten minutes. At somebody of his stature, whose pressure will he have? I just don’t know, I find this situation a bit complex.”
Kangana Ranaut continued,
“I don’t think it’s just the powerful people in the industry, but somewhere, there is a lot of personal insecurity that people have. It can’t be just one powerful person, why these actors fail to encourage me and my work. Especially when for women, it’s such an important film. It can open up floodgates of films that will give all of us so many opportunities.”
Recently, Salman Khan shared the trailer of the film Dhaakad. On his Instagram handle, Salman wished the entire team of Dhaakad. Salman Khan captioned the video,
“Wishing team #Dhaakad the very best! @kanganaranaut @rampal72 @smaklai.”
Kangana was quick to reshare Salman’s post and wrote,
“Thank you my Dabangg hero heart of gold…I will never say again that I am alone in this industry…thank you from entire Dhaakad team.”
The audience has appreciated the trailer and the action scenes in the trailer. There are various looks of Kangana Ranaut in the trailer that are also grabbing eyeballs. Dhaakad is getting released on May 20, 2022, alongside Kartik Aaryan‘s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
