Sreeleela Replaced Triptii Dimri
Interestingly, while the film is widely believed to be Aashiqui 3, the official title hasn’t been confirmed yet. The project has also seen some casting changes along the way. Initially, Triptii Dimri was set to play the female lead opposite Kartik Aaryan. However, she was later replaced by Sreeleela. When questioned about this change, director Anurag Basu gave a diplomatic response, saying, “She is still my best friend. I like her as an actress. You should ask her what happened.”
Fans of the Aashiqui movie franchise are eagerly waiting for more details about this new romantic drama. The original Aashiqui (1990) and its sequel, Aashiqui 2 (2013), were both commercial successes, known for their memorable music and heartfelt love stories.
