Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Pragya Jaiswal, and Fardeen Khan starrer Khel Khel Mein show growth at the Box Office. However, the growth is not promising. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film’s start was not good on Independence Day. On the other side, Stree 2 is in riot mode and created Aatank at the box office. Khel Khel Mein collects Rs 3.40 crore on Day 3. On Day 1, the film collected Rs 5.23 crore, followed by a disappointed Rs 2.42 crore on Day 2. The total collection is Rs 11.05 crore. On the other hand, John Abraham’s Vedaa is also struggling at the Box Office. The numbers are not promising and things are looking bleak for Akshay Kumar’s film. The possibility is the string of lean patch may continue as Khel Khel Mein is not doing good for the actor.
Since the 2021 film, Sooryavanshi, Akshay Kumar has not seen success, excluding OMG 2, in which Akshay Kumar was in an extended cameo. His eight films Bachchhan Paandey, Samrat Prithviraj, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu, Selfiee, Mission Raniganj, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and Sarfira tanked at the box office. Even though some of them were very good films, still they have not tasted success and that is the cause of concern.
