It also captures the physical and emotional turmoil that a victim goes through even during the recovery process. Additionally, director Pranab J. Deka aptly captures different elements of Assamese culture. He also sends a powerful message through his film. It shows the collaborative effort of the entire team. The film at some scenes get a little slow and maybe it will test patience.
Talking about the performances of the characters, Ritisha Khaund perfectly captures her character’s narrative. All the scenes of trauma are perfectly handled by her. Additionally, she gives a lasting image of a young girl battling with her demons every day. Rajesh Tailang plays the role of her father in the film. His performance is also exceptional as he displays strong emotional details. He also comes with a performance that creates a perfect balance for the narrative.
Apart from these major characters, Dipannita Sharma, Ritu Shivpuri, and Devoleena Bhattacharya also play their roles exceptionally. Bodhisatwa Sarma, Kamal Lochan, Bibhuti Bhushan Hazarika, and several others also did a fine job. However, one major drawback of the film is the dialogue seems to be a little rushed. It might also seem that the film lacks flow at certain scenes and this can become quite tiring to watch.
