The 5th September 2023 episode of Kumkum Bhagya opens with Ranbir returning to his place at the table while still upset about his altercation with Akshay. Prachi notices his strange behavior and asks if he’s okay. Ranbeer grins and responds that everything is good since she is beside him. Akshay, too, returns to his seat and sits down, quietly pondering when the power would begin to have an impact.

Aryan Gets Intoxicated
Prachi and Ranbir become perplexed as Aryan begins to behave intoxicated and queasy. Ranbeer apologizes to Prachi and Akshay and suggests that Aryan may have become inebriated. He also claims that he will be taking Aryan to his room. Prachi accepts as Ranbeer begs her for assistance, getting up from her seat to hold Aryan from the opposite side as she and Ranbeer carry him to his room. At the same time, Akshay is alone and wonders if Aryan consumed the alcoholic beverage he had purchased for Prachi.
What Will Happen Next In Kumkum Bhagya?
As Prachi reappears and usually acts in the following episode, Akshay is seated at a table. Akshay creates a new strategy after learning that his doubt is unfounded and notifies Prachi that he will return soon. In the hopes that he would deceive Prachi and consume the sweets, Akshay obtains them and puts sleeping powder on them. He then leads Prachi back to their room while Akshay locks the door and puts the do not disturb door handle on the doorknob outside the room. He offers Prachi treats while pretending they are Prasad and showing her the sweets. While Akshay smirks at how well the plan worked, Prachi cheerfully accepts it and consumes the sweets.
Conversely, Ranbir worries when he arrives at the buffet below and doesn’t find Prachi or Akshay there. He runs to their honeymoon suite and knocks on it but receives no answer when he spots the do not disturb sign, remembering how Akshay had challenged him. Inside, Akshay appreciates Prachi as she lies, half-asleep and caressing his face with her hand.
