October 12th, 2023, episode of Kundali Bhagya opens with Karan questioning Preeta whether she still doesn’t identify anyone and if that’s really possible. Preeta tells Karan that she cannot recognize anyone since she doesn’t recognize anyone while also appearing concerned. While Rajveer and Shrishti come to the Luthra residence, Karan expresses dismay at the news. Preeta cannot possibly forget them and their affection for one another, Karan informs her. Preeta is suddenly approached by Rakhi, who wonders aloud if she has truly returned home. She asks her whether she recalls how much she was fond of her and if she has forgotten about her over the years.

Preeta Struggles To Remember Luthras
Preeta finds it challenging to think of Luthras, whom she used to adore and for whose return she prayed. Dadi also laments to Preeta for making her fall in love with her and then abandoning her with a shattered heart. Rakhi reminds her of her everyday recollections and prays for her return. Kareena says that Preeta may not remember her because Kareena wasn’t her favorite person, but love eventually replaced hate. Karan explains to her that everyone knows her and that they used to grieve for her when she wasn’t there, but now that she is, they are happy.
Preeta Remembers Nidhi
Preeta is blind to everyone else and only knows Nidhi, whom she fears is out to get her. Nidhi thinks Karan loves her and wants to murder her. Karan tells her, though, that they are married. Preeta realizes Nidhi is his wife and feels queasy. Shrishti blames them for talking loudly and inflicting agony on Preeta. She discloses that Karan, who claims to be Preeta’s partner, consistently supports his family. She calls attention to Nidhi and tells them that despite her sister’s actions, she is allowed to be part of the family.
Nidhi Yells At Rishabh
In the meanwhile, Preeta starts to worry and asks Rajveer to take her home since she feels suffocated. Shaurya arrives just then and expresses astonishment at finding Preeta there. Preeta is not his mother, but Nidhi is, she tells him as he leans in to touch Preeta’s feet. Preeta is Rajveer’s aunt, which surprises Shaurya when Rishabh informs him that she is the one who gave birth to him. Rishabh is yelled at by Nidhi, who declares that Preeta is not Shaurya’s mother but rather that she is the one who raised him for twenty years.
