Today’s Kundali Bhagya 16th January 2024 episode begins with Nidhi telling Arohi that she attempted to bribe Surya, but he taped her video and exposed it to the press conference. She goes on to describe how she was about to be arrested when Karan, Rakhi, and Mahesh were apprehended at her home. Arohi inquires as to what occurred, and Nidhi adds that Rakhi has sole responsibility. Following that, Nidhi informs Arohi that Rakhi told Surya that she compelled her to go to Surya’s residence and bribe him to release Shaurya. However, when Surya is ready to arrest Rakhi, Karan and Mahesh intervene and try to dissuade him from doing so, causing Surya to lose his calm and arrest them.

Arohi Consoles Nidhi
After that, Arohi was shocked to hear of the event and wondered what Nidhi would do next. Nidhi responds that she would do nothing for at least 24 hours since her time isn’t her; she was about to be arrested but was spared by Rakhi; otherwise, she would be in jail right now. Furthermore, Arohi claims Rakhi loves her and therefore rescues her, to which Nidhi responds that it is nothing like that, but she did it to safeguard the family’s name. Nidhi adds that she is unhappy with herself for making such a tremendous error in bribing Surya, while Arohi soothes her.
Karan Scolds Shaurya
On the other hand, the police officials bring Karan, Mahesh, and Rakhi to jail, while Shaurya is astonished and inquires as to the basis for their detention. Surya responds that they are in jail because Nidhi attempted to pay him to release him, and he taunts Luthra’s family that they may finally see Shaurya because they have missed him so much. As Surya leaves, Shaurya questions Luthra’s family about what occurred and how they ended up in jail. After that, Karan loses his calm and blames Shaurya for their imprisonment, claiming that he tried to advise him several times not to make errors and to achieve something worthwhile with his life, but he never heard. Karan adds that Shaurya has tarnished Luthra’s family name, and he is embarrassed to call him his son.
Shaurya then requests Karan to stop, claiming that Karan has always reprimanded him, has never spoken to him with affection and that dads are not like him. Karan then asks Shaurya to explain to him how a parent should be, and their dispute heats up until Mahesh and Rakhi intervene.
Shanaya Loves Shaurya
Daljeet is concerned about how they lost a wealthy family alliance and advises that Shanaya marry another wealthy man, but Shanaya refuses, stating that she sincerely loves Shaurya. Daljeet then tells Shanaya and Shaurya have no future, but Shanaya leaves, and Daljeet believes Shanaya has begun to love Shaurya and must do something.
