Today’s Kundali Bhagya episode, airing on February 23rd, 2024, begins with Karan gazing at Preeta’s photo and claiming that he only recalls this face as the lady he has always loved. Karan says he understands why Preeta loves him the way she does, which inspires him to support Preeta and Rajveer in the best way possible. Considering Preeta’s interaction with the receptionist about the pending payments, Karan chooses to pay them because Shrishti is his own family, and he is willing to do everything for them. Karan calls the hospital and asks whether he can pay some outstanding bills at that time, to which the receptionist nurse directs him to the hospital.

Dadi Questions Karan
When Karan hears this, he immediately stands up and collides with an object in the corridor, waking Dadi up and asking him where he is going so late at night. Karan says he needs to fix the things that have been destroyed before leaving in a hurry, leaving Dadi perplexed. When Karan arrives at the hospital, he discovers that the accountant has gone out to eat, but the receptionist allows him to pay the bills immediately. However, Karan must write his name on the form, which he attempts to dodge but eventually does as Mr. Mehra, Preeta, and Shrishti’s brother-in-law. Karan requests the receptionist not to reveal the truth about him paying his debts, which reminds him of Rajveer, who gave blood to him without receiving credit for himself.
Drunk Rajveer
As Karan prepares to depart, he notices Rajveer outside the hospital entrance, fighting with the guard, who prevents him from entering because Rajveer is very drunk. Rajveer claims he wants to meet Shrishti, who is admitted inside, but the guard interrupts him, and Rajveer forces his way inside, with Karan following him. Karan looks on in disbelief as he observes Rajveer talk to Shrishti, who is wrapped in bandages owing to burns all over her body.
