The November 6, 2023, episode of Kundali Bhagya begins with Rajveer and Mohit dashing towards Preeta and yanking her away from the lamp. Preeta urges him to leave her alone because she wishes God to reunite her with her sister. Rajveer advises Preeta not to injure herself any longer and that Shsrishti will be well. However, Preeta is distraught and chooses to ring the bell once more, informing Rajveer that God must bring back her sister to her because she has been his follower and has dedicated him her entire life. Just after that, the doctor arrives and informs Preeta and Rajveer that Shrishti has entered a coma.

Meanwhile, Rajveer and Preeta are devastated to learn that Shrishti is in a coma. They return home when the doctor informs her that Shrishti will be in ICU for some time. The next day, Nidhi goes down chirpily and inquires about Preeta with Kareena and Dadi. Kareena informs her that she did not see Preeta unconscious when Karan took her home and that she is recovering in the hospital in order that she may join them for Diwali worship.
Rajveer and Preeta, on the other hand, have returned home, filled with regret and sadness at Shrishti. Preeta sobs at the mention of Diwali and informs everyone that there would be no Diwali without Shrishti. After a time, Mohit questions Rajveer and others about how Shrishti’s room caught fire and if it was another assassination attempt.
