The 19th June 2023 episode of Kundali Bhagya begins with Nidhi glancing at Rajveer as he rushes to be at Preeta’s side. Rajveer calls Preeta Mausi while Nidhi rises and exits the fire room without glancing back; Rajveer praises her without realizing that Nidhi is attempting to harm her.
Rishabh is concerned about Karan since he continues murmuring Preeta’s name. He makes the doctor’s appointment and pleads with God to keep Karan well because if he doesn’t, the agony of losing Preeta years ago will return.
Nidhi Pretends To Be Worried
Just then, family members arrive to visit Karan while Rishabh stands outside. Rakhi sobs and lovingly pats Karan’s head, attempting to shower her unconditional motherly affection on him.
She praises Mata Rani for rescuing her son when Nidhi unexpectedly comes. Kareena mumbles about how the room caught fire, while Nidhi attempts to hide her emotions and pretends to be solely worried about Karan.

Kareena will start the forthcoming Kundali Bhagya episode by asking Rishabh when the doctor would arrive. Shaurya, on the other hand, will give Palki a long, angry look before dropping his hand in resignation.
