Life Hill Gayi Series Review

The sitcom Life Hill Gayi is an interesting tale of two siblings that might seem relatable to many. The six-episode series comes with different challenges for the siblings and this makes it even more interesting to watch. The series also provides lessons in humility and accommodation. However, it makes an effort to keep it as basic as possible which backfires as it offers nothing exceptional.

Although every episode of the series comes with a new subplot, it still becomes predictable as it follows a similar path. The show also falls short in the character development aspect and sometimes even with the humor. Nevertheless, when it comes to the cast performances, everyone has done a good job. Divyenndu, just like Madgaon Express, showcases his impeccable sense of humor. On the other hand, Kusha Kapila seamlessly blends into the fictional character.

The on-screen sibling duo are the perfect ones to play the protagonists in the series. Apart from them, all other supporting cast members also played their characters brilliantly. Another plus point of the show is that it beautifully captures the fresh atmosphere of the life in hills. The comedy is also light and situational but might not match your expectations in several instances. As the narrative progresses, one might feel the sense of missing something.

Final Verdict

Life Hill Gayi is an entertaining decent one-time watch series. It tries to blend comedy, lots of drama, and sibling bonds as well. Although several flaws could have been improved, the cast performances will win you over. We rate this series 3 out of 5 stars.
