Manikarnika The Queen Of Jhansi Trailer Out Now

Directed by Radha Krishna and Kangana, the official trailer of the movie Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi was released recently. Furthermore, The movie stars Kangana Ranaut who plays the titular role and has given a promising performance in depicting the real Queen of Jhansi. Her performance is very appealing and has created a big buzz among movie lovers.

Just about a month away from the release of the movie, the trailer has launched the excitement and expectation for the movie to the roof. The official trailer was unveiled at 2 pm in Mumbai today. The movie also sees television star Ankita Lokhande as Jhalkaribai. Overall, the trailer is super impressive and circles around the fierce life of Queen Rani Laxmibai. She fought the British in 1857 during the Sepoy Mutiny. In the trailer, Kangana is seen slashing, fighting and cutting the heads of her enemies. It is a spectacular trailer to watch and has us on the edge of our seats.

Manikarnika was very controversial because director Radha Krishna left midway and Kangana stepped in to direct the rest of the film. This created a lot of friction on the sets and it even caused a showdown between her and Sonu Sood, who later walked out of the film. Though the movie was initially directed by Krish, Kangana completed the movie. The movie is set to release on January 25th.

Promising Trailer

The trailer delves deep into the stories of many characters. The visuals are breathtaking and the scope of the action pieces set in the movies looks like this will be one of a kind historical drama which everyone will remember.

In addition to Kangana Ranaut, the film also stars TV sensation Ankita Lokhande as Jalkari Bai, Richard Keep as general High Rose, Danny Denzongpa, Jisshu Sengupta, Atul Kulkarni, Yash Tonk, Suresh Oberoi and Amit Behl.
