Director Mudassar Aziz has presented modern-day relationships and marriages hilariously. The film is more of a love circle instead of a love triangle. Mere Husband Ki Biwi starts slow and takes its time to build. However, once it’s settled down, it gives decent hilarious moments with its quirky and situational comedy. The songs are good, especially the revised version of ‘Gori Hain Kalaiya’ from Aaj Ka Arjun stands out. Other songs, Channa Tu Bemisal, Ikk Vaari, and Rabba Mereya, are also decent.

Talking about the performances, Arjun Kapoor is good in romantic comedies. In Mere Husband Ki Biwi, he has delivered a good performance. After playing Danger Lanka in Singham Again, doing a romantic comedy shows his versatility. Rakul Preet Singh looked absolutely gorgeous. She shines in her role and delivers it perfectly. Bhumi Pednekar as Prabhleen Dhillon is brilliant. Her performance is electrifying.

Harsh Gujral impresses on debut. His witty one-liners, quirky dialogues, and camaraderie with Arjun Kapoor’s character are the highlights of the film. Other casts, Shakti Kapoor, Dino Morea, Aditya Seal, and Mukesh Rishi, are underutilized. But they played their part well. The film has issues with its screenplay, but the climax springs a surprise.
