Mismatched Season 3 Review
Mismatched Season 3 offers a compelling mix of comedy and drama that will surely win over the audiences. This season brings a very relatable narrative about youth and relationships. The directors deserve all the praise for the authentic portrayal of teenage life, capturing both its awkwardness and beauty. They bring the audiences a mix of light-hearted yet meaningful viewing experiences. The storyline also balances humorous elements with poignant moments.
Most of the characters in the series have a definitive arc and that perhaps makes the show more compelling. However, Rohit and Prajakta are truly winning all the hearts, once again. There is Muskkaan Jaferi too as she lights up the screen every time she enters it. Taaruk Raina also nails his performance. Apart from them, Vidya Malvade deserves a special mention for playing Zeenat. She handles her role with perfection and Rannvijay is well, as he brings his usual charm to the screens yet again.
Every other supporting cast also adds depth to the narrative, with each character contributing to the rich tapestry of this coming-of-age story. Furthermore, the background music is top-notch and will surely stick in your mind. However, a few scenes in some episodes seem a little unnecessary as they lack depth. There is also a homely and sweet feeling in watching predictable rom-coms and Mismatched Season 3 does give that feeling at times.
Final Verdict
If you decide to watch this, wear your nostalgia glasses, as this will take you back to your youthful college era. Also, be ready to be impressed by the majority of the cast performances including Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf. We rate this series 3 out of 5 stars.
