Director Dharmessh Mehta who has previously directed the film Pappa Tamne Nahi Samjaay keeps the emotions intact with Mom Tane Nai Samjay. The film strikes the right chord with the audience as it is relatable. It will leave you teary-eyed. Sachin-Jigar’s music is refreshing. The song Fariyaad perfectly captures the journey of Aashka. The cinematography is visually pleasing.
Talking about the performances, Rashami Desai is undoubtedly the soul of the film. She is a talented actress and the way she portrayed the role of a mother and captured every emotion is simply outstanding. Her expressions and dialogue delivery are superb. Amar Upadhyay also delivers a solid performance. From a carefree husband to a remorseful husband in the second half, he fits into the role perfectly.
Virti Vaghani looked beautiful. She will surprise you with her impressive performance. Namit Shah also convincingly played his character. Other actors Hemang Dave, Tejal Vyas, Aaryan Shah, Vicky Modi, and Kandarp Joshi provide solid support with their performance.
The first half takes its own time to build, the sharp and crisp editing could have made it better. There are some over-dramatic moments that could have been avoided. The second half is emotional and beautiful. It will leave you teary-eyed by the end.
