Marvel Cinematic Universe, ‘Avengers Endgame’ is the highest-grossing movie in the world of all time. It was the second last movie of phase 3 of Marvel Cinematic Universe, the last was Spiderman: Far From Home. Marvel has already announced the movies for phase 4. The first movie on the list is Black Widow. The fans of Marvel movies already know that in Avengers Endgame we lost two big superheroes Tony Stark aka Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr. and Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow played by Scarlett Johansson. But according to the new theory, it is being suggested that the character of Black Widow that died in Avengers Endgame was not Natasha Romanoff. It was her sister Yelena Belova.
What Theory Say About Natasha Romanoff
Yelena Belova will be introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time in the upcoming movie of phase 4 first movie Black Widow. This is the solo movie of Natasha Romanoff. As per the theory shared on Reddit, it suggests that Yelena Belova has used the technology that has been established in the series to take on Black Widow’s appearance. In Marvel Cinematic Universe another movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier Photostatic Veils were introduced. It has regularly been used in the Agents of SHIELD tv series.
If you have watched Avengers: Infinity War, you might be aware that the theory suggests acquiring the soul stone, one has to sacrifice the soul of someone they love. That was the reason Thanos sacrificed his daughter Gamora. But in Avengers Endgame, it was changed to the soul for a soul, that ostensibly allows Yelena Belova to fool the keeper of the stone, Red Skull.
Black Widow, A Prequel
Black Widow movie will be a prequel of sorts. Because the movie will be between the events of movies Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War. The character Black Widow was first introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie Iron Man 2 that was released in 2010. There are also rumors that Tony Stark will also play a cameo in the movie Black Widow. The character of Yelena Belova will be played by Oscar-nominee Florence Pugh. In the trailer, it has been teased that both the sisters grew up and trained to be Black Widows together.
The movie was about to release on April 30, but it has been pushed indefinitely because of the coronavirus pandemic.
