The John Abraham starrer movie, Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran has been released and the film generates the super-patriotism among the moviegoers. It is a 2018 Indian historical action drama film directed by Abhishek Sharma. The film is written by Saiwyn Quadras, Sanyuktha Chawla Sheikh, and Abhishek Sharma. Apart from John Abraham, the film also starrs Diana Panty, Boman Irani, and Vikas Kumar.
Plot Of Parmanu – The Story Of Pokhran
It is based on the nuclear bomb test explosions conducted by the Indian Army at Pokhran in 1998. India lagged behind in the nuclear race, hence, the army and scientist tried to make their own nuclear weapon and they tested that in Pokhran desert of Rajasthan. And India made its presence felt in the nuclear race while eventually outwitting the American and Pakistani agents.
Cast
John Abraham played the role of Capt. Ashwat Rana who is the prime brain behind the nuclear testing. On the other hand, Diana Penty played the role of Capt. Ambalika who was in the team of soldiers and scientist working on the project. All in all, Boman Irani played the secretary of the Prime Minister and he added slight humor to the story.
Overall Review
The film encompasses drama, action, emotional content and a little bit of humor and the combination of these things can entertain anyone. Moreover, the efforts and achievements of Indian soldiers and scientist make it appealing and it generates the patriotism in moviegoers.
