Yes, we are talking about none other than “Kantara.” The Kannada film Kantara has become a blockbuster in Karnataka. This directorial extravaganza of Rishabh Shetty has been earning a lot of praise. However, it is noteworthy that it is not just the fans but also the entertainment industry superstars who are coming out to appreciate the gem of a film.

The Kannada masterpiece was all set to be released in the Telugu language two weeks after its original release. On the day of its Telugu release, actor, Prabhas shared his views about the film. Sharing the film’s poster, the actor said many appreciating words on Friday. He furthermore shared that he has already seen it in the theatres twice. Prabhas took to Instagram and wrote, as we quote,
“Watched Kantara for the second time, and it has been an extraordinary experience! Great concept and a thrilling climax. A must-watch film in theatres!”

The Kannada film Kantara was originally released on September 30th. Furthermore, if we talk a bit about the film, its genre revolves around “period action thriller.” In addition, it has elements from the mythology of coastal Karnataka that deals with issues like man VS nature. With an IMDB rating of 9.4, Kantara has become highest rated Indian film. No wonder plenty of film fraternities appreciated it.
Furthermore, interestingly, producer Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films shared that “The distinct storyline of the movie is surely going to intrigue the fans nationally as well as globally.” This film also stars prominent actors like Achyuth Kumar and Sapthami Gowda in the main roles.
