Ram Setu is an adventurous ride that explores the history of Setu. Even though the plot is interesting, it is predictable. The film starts with a bang but falls flat in the second half. Director Abhishek Sharma has chosen a concept that could be blockbuster-worthy. However, the poor writing spoils the fun, especially in the second half. The mythical adventure drama gets dull in the second half, and that’s where you lose interest. In spite of gripping, it becomes average.

Talking about the performances, Akshay Kumar single-handedly takes this film ahead. He is exceptional in his look and his performance. Nushratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez have little to no scope in the movie. The music is mediocre. The cinematography is amazing, but VFX could have been much better. The visuals are stunning, especially the scenes of the Ram Setu bridge. The climax and the courtroom drama, in the end, are brilliant.

Overall, the movie is family entertainment and can be watched. We give the film 3.5 stars out of 5. Have you watched the film? How did you find it? Let us know in the comments below.
